How Does it Work?

The Peleman Binding Machine makes professional document binding ridiculously easy. Here’s how it works:

1) PREP

  • Print your pages on standard paper or Peleman’s Vpaper, which lays flat for a sleek finish.
  • Neatly stack your pages in the correct order.

2) Choose Your Cover

  • Pick a Peleman Hardcover or Softcover—each has a steel spine with thermal resin inside.

3) Bind in Seconds

  • Place the cover (with your pages inside) spine-side down on the Peleman Binding Machine.
  • The machine detects the cover automatically using a magnetic switch—no buttons needed.
  • In 90 seconds, the thermal resin melts, binding the pages securely.

4) Cool & Done

  • Remove the bound document and let it cool for a minute.
  • The resin hardens, creating a strong, durable, and professional bind—no punching, stitching, or gluing required.

Why It’s Awesome

No messy glue or wires
Fast & automatic—just drop it in and wait
Ultra-durable binding that won’t fall apart
Perfect for presentations, portfolios, and real estate materials

What if I Make a Mistake?

Binding is meant to be the last thing you do to the presentation before presenting it to a client. However, No worries—mistakes happen! The Peleman Binding Machine is forgiving and lets you fix errors easily. Here’s how:

1. Need to Add or Remove Pages?

  • Simply place the bound document back on the binding machine.
  • The thermal resin will reheat and loosen, allowing you to add, remove, or rearrange pages.
  • Once you're happy, let it cool again for a fresh, secure bind.

2. Spine Not Holding?

  • Make sure you haven't overloaded the cover—too many pages can prevent proper binding.
  • If the bind seems weak, try running it through the machine one more time to fully melt the resin.

Bonus: The "Oops-Proof" Factor

Mistakes aren’t permanent—you can rebond multiple times.
No wasted materials—reuse the same cover if needed.
Stress-free adjustments—perfect for perfectionists.
